The Inner Game Primer

Unlock More of Your Potential by Reducing What Gets in the Way

40-Minute Free Interactive Learning Session

Performance = Potential - Interference

A free 40-minute live session introducing a proven methodology that has empowered growth-oriented individuals for over 50 years to increase their potential and deliver breakthrough performance.

Why Inner Game?

For 50+ years, the Inner Game Methodology—developed by Timothy Gallwey—has transformed how people perform by teaching one core truth:

Your true potential is often blocked not by lack of skill or talent, but by internal interference.

By learning to reduce that interference—self-doubt, fear, tension—you can unlock capabilities you already have, increase focus, and perform with more confidence and ease.

What You’ll Learn

  • Spot hidden interference – Understand what’s getting in the way

  • Shift your attention – From judgment to presence

  • Increase access to your potential – Without "trying harder"

Who’s It For?

This is for people who are navigating complexity, driving performance, and committed to growth—from the inside out. They’re curious about how their mindset shapes their impact, open to feedback, and ready to reflect so they can lead more intentionally. Whether building strong relationships, making tough calls, or influencing change, they want to show up with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.

About Your Faciliator

Tony D’Avino
Certified Inner Game Facilitator |Founder of The Performance Collaborative

Tony D’Avino is a certified facilitator of the Inner Game Methodology and an active member of the Global Facilitator Team at the Inner Game Institute, founded by Tim Gallwey. His work centers on creating safe, focused spaces where individuals can reduce internal interference and reconnect with their innate capacity to learn, grow, and perform.

As a facilitator, Tony’s role is not to instruct or prescribe, but to guide. He partners with leaders, professionals, and teams to bring greater awareness to their inner dialogue, shift attention toward clarity, and unlock untapped potential.

“Facilitation, to me, is about creating the conditions for insight—not delivering information. The learning already lives within the learner.”

Tony brings deep experience in leadership development, performance coaching, and experiential learning—helping individuals and teams move from over-efforting to inner alignment and sustainable performance.
